Quality product that's made in Melbourne. I'd done a lot of research and was lucky enough to have come across the brand at the home show last year. We needed to upsize as our kids were now teenagers and it was tough to fit more than 2-3 of them into a spa. Overall very happy with the product and great support from Kumar on the entire process from delivery to setup. I was also lucky enough to visit the factory, see the production and grab a few spare connectors for the heat pump, impressive operation.
